When you pre-order, you’re reserving your item before it arrives in our Melbourne studio – and helping us produce more responsibly.

How Pre-Orders Work

• Pre-order means the item isn’t in stock yet but is on its way.
• The estimated dispatch date is listed on each product page.
• You’ll receive updates as your order moves through production, packing, and shipping – no guesswork needed.

Combined Orders

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything ships together once all items are ready.

Need your in-stock items sooner? Place two separate orders.

 

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout to secure your order. This guarantees your item and helps us plan production responsibly.

 

Changing or Cancelling a Pre-Order

You can update or cancel your pre-order anytime before it ships – just email  hello@snifflab.com.au.

 

Dispatch & Delivery

Once your item arrives in stock, we’ll pack and ship it with care from Melbourne.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking link as soon as it’s on its way.
